§ Mr. John Hannamasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if, in view of the enforced 28-day delay in all litigation due to the Post Office strike, he will make a statement with regard to an extension by the same period of the 31st March deadline for applications under the Development of Tourism Act.
§ Mr. NobleThe Act requires that, to be eligible for grant or loan, the relevant work must have been begun not later than 31st March, 1971, and completed by 31st March, 1973. Applications for grant or loan may be made at any time up to and including the latter date.
