Mr. Stallard

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) on what date he received the Commissioner's report on the proposed ward boundary changes within the London Borough of Camden:

(2) what steps have been taken to ensure that the Commissioner's report on ward boundary changes in the London Borough of Camden has been sent to the Town Clerk of the London Borough of Camden and to all other persons who appeared before the Commissioner; and whether he will arrange for a copy to be supplied to the hon. Member for St. Pancras, North;

(3) if he is aware that the obligations laid upon the Commissioner in Part III, paragraph 4, of Schedule 1, to the London Government Act, 1963, have not been complied with; what action he proposes to take to remedy this omission; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Sharpies

The report was received on 27th January. In accordance with the usual practice which complies with the requirements of the Act, copies will be sent to the town clerk, and to others who appeared before the Commissioner, with the letter announcing my right hon.
