§ Mr. Ian GilmourSince late 1969, 216 members of the Regular Armed Forces have been prosecuted in civil courts for traffic and other offences in Northern Ireland: another case is pending. Five of the offences were committed whilst on duty. Legal assistance is provided when appropriate.
