§ Mr. Gordon CampbellMy responsibility for freight charges is limited to those levied by shipping companies to which I give a grant under the Highlands and Islands Shipping Services Act, 1960. I am at present reviewing the principles upon which these charges are based, in consultation with the Scottish Transport Group and the Highlands and Islands Development Board.
