§ Mr. Oswaldasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will make a statement as to the delay in intimating to the appropriate regional hospital board the starting date of the building of the proposed new Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellNo such delay has occurred. A starting date for Phase I of this development cannot be settled until final plans are available and the estimated cost determined. These stages should soon be completed.
