asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he will publish his proposals for the reorganisation of the National Health Service.

Mr. Wallace

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what extension of services he is considering for private patients within the National Health Service;

(2) what proposals have been made to him involving the imposition of charges for stay in hospitals.

Mr. Ashton

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he expects to introduce charges for hospital beds and services.

Mr. Deakins

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he proposes to recommend the introduction of charges for National Health Service patients in hospital.
