§ Mr. RidleyThe compensation trade arrangements for the irrigation contract to which I believe my hon. Friend is referring were negotiated between the commercial interests involved. As regards the increases in quotas for imports which were agreed by the former Administration in connection with that contract, I would refer to the answer given to my hon. Friend the Member for Rye (Mr. Bryant240W Godman Irvine) on 17th December. Any dumping from Romania would be subject to anti-dumping duties.
