§ Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what further action he proposes to discourage smoking, in view of the evidence contained in the report, Young Smokers in Portsmouth Now, a copy of which has been sent to him.
§ Sir K. JosephThe Government will before long be considering the question of smoking and health in the light of an inter-Departmental examination of its implications. I will write to the hon. Member at the appropriate time.
