§ 32. Mr. Strangasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the Government intend to enter into discussions with local angling clubs with a view to establishing a Scottish anglers' trust.
§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithI welcome the initiative that has been taken by angling associations towards the setting up of a new body and I hope that consultations will begin in the New Year.
