(2) how many accountancy mistakes have been made by the subscriber trunk dialling telephone service in the United Kingdom for the past five years; and if he will give the figures for each year and state how much subscribers' accounts were overcharged and undercharged, and the amount for each year;
(3) how many of the accountancy mistakes made by the Post Office telephone services in the past five years were discovered by the Post Office; and how many as a result of subscribers' complaints.
