§ Mr. DeanWhere a person is available for work it is expected that he will be registered at the local employment ex278W change, or careers office if under 18 years. Special arrangements have been made for notices to be displayed in appropriate social security, employment exchange and careers offices telling young unemployed people undertaking educational or training courses that advice about their entitlement to social security or other benefits is available from the staff.
