§ Mr. van StraubenzeeMy right hon. Friend has included an instalment of a new junior school in the eastern part of Kettering and the replacement of the sub-standard Burton Latimer junior school in the Northamptonshire authority's design list for the 1973–74 programme. We are awaiting the authority's proposals for 1974–75.
