Mr. Bob Brownasked the Minister for the Civil Service if, in view of the fact that the Post Office are spending public money encouraging the public to use postal codes, he will now make it a practice of his Administration that all 315W Government Departments should forthwith fully use postal codes on all departmental correspondence.
§ Mr. David HowellGovernment Departments have been asked to include postal codes in addresses on letterheads, forms and other documents and, whenever possible, to use postal codes on correspondence.
