§ The Attorney-GeneralA draft of the Law Commission's report on local land charges and related matters will probably be sent to the Law Society and the local authority associations, as a means of consultation, during January, 1972. The commission hopes to submit its final report to my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor, with draft clauses, by the end of the year.
