§ Mr. Hoosonasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will introduce legislation to give local authorities power to enforce the provision of recreational amenities during the development of private building sites.
§ Mr. Gibson-WattLocal authorities already have powers to provide land for public open space and recreation. Where necessary they can also ensure through planning control powers that land is made available for these purposes.
