§ 28. Mr. Normantonasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what action he proposes in view of the concern of international business organisations over the effect of the United Kingdom change back from British Summer Time to Greenwich Mean Time during the winter months, which reduces to hours per day the time when offices in Great Britain and on the Continent are working simultaneously.
