§ LORD SANDFORDAccording to the records of the Department of the Environment, 40 local Acts have been passed, and are still in force, which confer district heating powers on particular local authorities. As the list is long, I1340WA will, with permission, send it to the noble Lord.
The local Acts differ in length, and most deal with other subjects as well. The references to district heating generally comprise about 20 sections.
