§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Lord President of the Council whether he is now able to give an estimate of the costs involved in supplying to each Member of Parliament a copy of each of the 1,500 orders, rules, regulations, recommendations and edicts of the European Economic Community which Parliament will have to pass on Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community.
