§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many applicants for driving licences cancelled their proposed tests during each of the years 1965 to 1970, respectively, and during each of the months from January to November, 1971, respectively; how many of these cancellations were due to illness; how many of the applicants received the return of the fees paid for their tests; and how much test money was retained in respect of tests cancelled, during each of the above periods.
