§ Mr. Dudley SmithMy right hon. Friend has asked the National Association of Youth Clubs, who will be running the scheme, to put proposals to him as to the six places to be chosen for the experiment. Representations over Sunderland have been passed on to them and will be taken into account in reaching a decision.
