Nabarroasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will arrange for individual thermastatic controls to be installed in Members' and secretaries' rooms, having regard to the discomfort caused by extreme heat or extreme cold without means of regulation available in each room; and whether he will cause the occupant of each room 306W to be in control of the temperature therein.
