§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he is now able to say on what basis and in what way he expects to initiate a scheme to obtain the views of the Rhodesian people both black and white on the question of the settlement of the Unilateral Declaration of Independence dispute and the acceptance or otherwise of the agreement between the illegal regime and Her Majesty's Government.
§ Mr. KershawI would refer the hon. Member to the statements made by my right hon. Friend and by my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General, in the recent debate on Rhodesia.
