§ Mr. NobleThere is no need for any special measures. Ample capacity exists for the carriage of freight to the United States from Heathrow both by passenger and all-cargo aircraft. In so far as some part of the freight traffic has hitherto left Heathrow between 11.30 p.m. and 6 a.m. in the summer months the re-scheduling of flights will result in part being carried a little earlier and part a little later.
