§ Mr. Strangasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what discussions have taken place between his Department and the British Steel Corporation regarding the discovery of oil in the North Sea; and what plans the Corporation has submitted to him for approval in the near future to manufacture steel pipes to the specification required for piping the oil ashore.
