§ Mr. DeanTwo appeals have been brought before the Commissioners this year, arising from claims made under the accident provisions of the Industrial Injuries Act; in both cases the Commissioners decided that injury benefit was not payable. The question whether Raynaud's phenomenon should be prescribed under the Act is under consideration by the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council as part of its broader inquiry into the vibration syndrome. Any decision on prescription must await the completion of the Council's investigations.
