§ Q13. Mr. Strangasked the Prime Minister if he will consult the leaders of Commonwealth African countries before agreeing to any form of settlement with the rebel régime in Rhodesia.
§ The Prime MinisterCommonwealth Governments have been informed of the proposals for a settlement. It is for the Rhodesian people as a whole to decide whether they are acceptable.
