§ Mr. Anthony GrantIn the London area and the industrialised parts of the Home Counties, together with certain more distant areas such as Cambridge and parts of South Hampshire, I.D.C's are likely to be issued only for rebuilding schemes involving increased productivity with no increase or some reduction in the labour force, and projects tied to the area if they will not lead to an undue additional demand for labour.
