Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister, now that Her Majesty's Government have the known terms for Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community, why he will not recommend the appointment of a Royal 167W Commission to investigate all matters pertaining to Great Britain's entry into the Common Market.
§ The Prime MinisterBecause all issues relating to entry have been exhaustively examined and discussed over the past ten years, culminating in the six day debate which preceded the decision of principle taken by Parliament on 28th October.
