§ Mr. Bishopasked the Secretary of State for Employment in view of the advice being given to management by consultants and others on ways in which companies may evade the requirements of the Equal Pay Act, what action he intends to take to ensure the requirements are met in ways which will not be to the disadvantage of women.
§ Mr. BryanI am not aware of advice being given to employers aimed at evading the requirements of the Equal Pay Act, but will be glad to receive details from the hon. Member of any specific cases which may have come to his attention.
