§ Mr. Anthony StodartThe maximum penalty for all offences committed under the Agriculture (Safety, Health and Welfare Provisions) Act, 1956, and the Regulations made under it is £50. I am studying proposals for increasing this penalty, and I intend to consult interested organisations.
