§ Mr. van StraubenzeeChildren of secondary school age in the Tibshelf area at present attend schools either in Tibshelf itself or at Clay Cross, four miles way. My right hon. Friend knows of no proposal, in the development plan or otherwise, which would require them to travel 14 miles a day.
