§ Mr. Alan Williamsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what further action his Department proposes to take, by way of approaches to the United States Government, in the case of Mrs. G. Frost, of 4, Montpelier Terrace, Swansea, details of which are known to him and about which he has received correspondence from the hon. Member for Swansea, West; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Anthony RoyleThere is no further action which my Department can take in this matter. Any claim which Mrs. Frost may have is against private persons in the United States of America and can only be pursued through the courts of that country. It would be inappropriate for Her Majesty's Government to approach the United States Government about her claim.
