§ 41. Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will make a statement on the financial difficulties being encountered by the Portsmouth Group hospitals in maintaining standards of medical service and in renewing medical and surgical equipment.
§ Mr. AlisonThe Wessex Regional Hospital Board is responsible for allocating funds to hospital management committees in its area, and I understand it has not been informed by Portsmouth Group Hospital Management Committee of any special financial difficulties in maintaining existing services.
