§ Mr. MaudlingYes. Two further local authorities in England have agreed to take part: the County Council of Cumberland and the City Council of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. This brings the total number of participating authorities in Great Britain to nine. I hope in due course to announce the agreement of three more local authorities to take part.
