Russellasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when negotiations for the phasing out of Australia from the Commonwealth Sugar Agreement after 1974 will begin, in view of the fact that the terms for this need to be known before the International Sugar Agreement is renegotiated in 1973.
