asked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) how long it takes to circulate to employers agreements

and 1969, the latest year for which comprehensive data are available. The relevant figures are given in the table below. They have been extracted from "National Accounts of O.E.C.D. Countries 1953–1969", with the United Kingdom figures adjusted to take account of the latest available information.
