Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Prime Minister in what ways the rules governing the access of former Prime Ministers, and of former Cabinet Ministers, respectively, to Cabinet papers differ; and whether, in the light of recent experience of the application of these rules, he will consider eliminating the distinctions.
