§ Mr. NobleThe Chief Inspector of Accidents made considerable progress with the Spanish authorities in the course of detailed discussions with them on their draft report during his visit to Madrid on 21st July. He is expecting to receive a revised document shortly. When the report is released, I shall arrange for it to be published here without delay.
