§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Lord President of the Council why he will not move to appoint a select committee of hon. and learned Members who are barristers and Queen's Counsel, and solicitors, to examine, and report to the House of Commons on all matters connected with the effect upon Great Britain's legal and judicial system on Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community, on present known terms of admission.
