Mr. Wingfield Digbyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what steps are being taken by Her Majesty's Government to encourage the project for an oil pipeline between Iran and Iskanderoun, in Turkey, in view of the importance of such a supply for the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and the Central Treaty Organisation.
