§ Sir Alec Douglas-HomeLady Crawford is subject to travel restrictions imposed in 1968 to meet obligations under a Mandatory Security Council Resolution. We have agreed to Lady Crawford's request to come to this country for specialist medical treatment and for compassionate family reasons.
