§ Mr. Dudley SmithProvisions are made in Regulation (E.E.C.) No. 1251/70 of the Commission of 29th June, 1970 whereby E.E.C. nationals may acquire the right permanently to settle in the United Kingdom if they so choose, but only if they have lived and worked here for prescribed periods.
