§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will seek powers to establish, in conjunction with the Metropolitan Police, a security force for collection and distribution of money, under the control of the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, on a fee-paying profit-making basis, in view of the lack of 413W control over the private concerns now engaged in this type of activity, and the danger of criminal collusion with some of these types of organisations.
