§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what proposals he is making for an exchange of nuclear knowledge with the members of European Atomic Energy Community; and if he will give an assurance that nothing will be done in breach of the spirit or letter of the United Kingdom's obligations under the non-proliferation treaty.
