§ 31. Mr. Edward Lyonsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what proposals he has to ensure that, after unsuccessful committal proceedings in magistrates' courts resulting in the discharge of the accused person, a notice so declaring shall be exhibited in the precints of the court with the like prominence afforded to any notice announcing those proceedings.
§ Mr. CarlisleSection 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1967, already requires such a notice to be displayed.
