HC Deb 21 April 1971 vol 815 c407W
Mr. Bruce-Gardyne

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will arrange for a copy to be made available to hon. Members of the speech given recently by the Chairman of the Board of Inland Revenue to a conference organised by the London Chamber of Commerce on the practical implications for British industry and commerce if the United Kingdom joins the Common Market.

Mr. Patrick Jenkin

Yes. The proceedings of the conference, containing Sir Arnold France's helpful summary of the implications of membership both for direct and indirect taxation, have now been published and a copy has been placed in the Library.
