§ 30. Mr. Molloyasked the Attorney-General if he will now consider the publication of a White Paper setting out the constitutional and legal implications for Great Britain involved in signing the Treaty of Rome.
§ The Attorney-GeneralNo. These implications were fully described in a White Paper published in May, 1967. There have been developments in the European Communities since then but these were implicit in the situation as it existed in 1967. Nothing has happened since then to invalidate the broad conclusions reached in the White Paper.
