§ Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what requests he has received from the Government of Zambia for assistance with transport of goods and raw materials into and out of Zambia following the imposition of a blockade by the Portuguese Government; and what reply he has given.
