§ Mr. Anthony GrantFollowing a request by the Maritime Safety Committee154W of the Inter-governmental Maritime Consultative Organisation at its March meeting that administrations most directly concerned with the Dover Strait should meet together to study such measures as the setting up of systems using modern techniques for advising or controlling traffic, and one or two other studies, we will be inviting the administrations concerned to early discussions.
