§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, in view of the representations made to him by the inshore fishermen and Scottish local authorities about their concern over the European Economic Community common fisheries policy, he will make a statement on the extent to which the European Economic Community fishing boats will have right of access to British inshore waters in the event of the United Kingdom entry to the European Economic Community.
